I have the following Banderas 15 hat

The brim is wider than I like and the crown is shorter than I like and the sweat needs replaced. Can I "reblock" it and pull about a half inch of the brim back into the crown ? If so, how would I do that ?

That's a job for a hatter who will need to use all the proper tools at his disposal to do what you described. It can be done, mind you, and the brim will go toward increasing the crown. It's just that it will need to be stripped of its trimmings, softened, blocked, ironed, re-flanged,.... the works. It's possible also that a bigger ribbon will be considered in the event that evidence of the original brim break remains in the felt after the procedure is done.

G'luck!

Off the topic, but I have to ask. Is that a Bandera hatters of Ft Worth Hat?
I have a Bandera OR clone and I'd love to know more about them. I strongly suspect them to be re-branded Resistol/Byer-Rolnick hats.

I don't know anything about Bandera. Mine has the same sweat logo and liner logo as yours but the felt feels different than the two Resistols I have. The Bandera feels like it has more beaver in it.
