I had every intention of putting years of wear into this one and finding out the wonders of hard-earned patina. Unfortunately I’ve decided that it fits a bit too loose for me and now I’m offering it up for sale to someone up to the task. This is going to develop into a beautiful piece with all the marks and creases of a personal journey.

Has only been tried on inside at home and then hung in the closet since. Brand new condition as I received it from Aero at the end of last week. The unfinished leather has marks here and there that are inevitable with this type of leather.

Measurements:

21.75” pit to pit
23.75” back
25.25” sleeve
17.5” shoulder

$950 shipped and Paypal Friends/Family. Ships from La Jolla, CA.

Thanks for looking!

The process of finding the right fit and style of jacket reminds me of the days that I collected high end timepieces. You could never go to one place that had all of the brands and models so you had to buy/try/sell one by one until you found the right one.

Absolutely, I just sold my custom highwayman, custom thedi, and new hercules, all "should" have fit, but did not.
I grabbed an incredible midnight blue halfbelt from sweetfights which thankfully fits perfect.
It's not always the numbers that make a fit, it's the cut also and the owners body type. Very hard to tell unless tried on, and even then it's hard!!

My natural Italian HH Half Belt from Aero is one of my favorites.
The character and depth is without parallel.
Natural hide is very special and a history of the wearers' life travels really.

And like with watches you never quite get.......there, until you realize there is no there.

Love this jacket. It’s just epic!
Could you do me a favor and measure the total length from the middle of the collar, across the shoulder, then down the sleeve to cuff end the way they do shirts and sport coats please?? This will nail down the upper fit for me.
Thank you.

If my arms were longer, this jacket would be mine right now.

Great photos. I slowly scrolled through muttering “please don’t fit, please don’t fit.”

And when it clearly doesn’t fit, I’m tempted to plunge into denial.

There seem to be a myriad of factors that go into a good fit for a jacket. Loving the hunt nonetheless!
