civil response a look at the civil air patrol website (http://www.capmembers.com/cap_national_hq/member_services/uniform_information/) has a link to vanguard, and vanguard makes a number of their uniform and jacket requirements. i think it's pretty cool to get legit spec leather jackets...- johnnyjohnny

how strange... thanks doc strange for pointing out the sizing issues as well, and some other choices... for my money, literally, i went for leatheretc's g-1 milspec made by excelled, and it's one of the actual contract g-1's supplied to the military, tall and numerical sizing, plus the price...- johnnyjohnny

go capt! way to go capt...i guarantee you will love this jacket! it does come an entire size smaller (like the ww2 mil sizing) than civilian sizes, and some so-called military sizing (uswings and gibson and barnes, both of which run like normal sizes, but nice styling) as for why fedloungers...- johnnyjohnny
