Apparently from the 1980s, these jackets are pretty hard to find in larger sizes. It fits more like a trucker jacket than a coat. Inspecting the jacket, I was unable to find any defects. It is labeled a 46, but fits closer to a 48-50.

Measurements:
Pit-to-pit with gussets fully expanded: ~28.5"
Shoulder-to-shoulder: ~22.5"
Sleeve: ~25"
Back Length: 24.5"
Hem Width: ~22.5

$375 shipped CONUS PPF&F

This is a beautiful and unique piece. The size of course but most jackets of this style are wool jackets with inset Chimayo pieces. This one being entirely Chimayo and from Ortega's is really cool and there's just seldom this much tailoring put into a Chimayo jacket.

Here's an example of an inset piece often seen.
