I felt the same way about the Punisher movies. The first two (Dolph Lundgren and Thomas Jane, respectively) were such garbage that it hurt to even watch them.

I've worn them twice recently. Love them. They exude confidence and style (by today's standards).

That's interesting. I will occassionally drop some brandy into a glass when I'm watching people in those b/w films, too. Hitchcock films are my worst enablers.
Two problems -
1. Vintage shoes tend to mold to their previous owner's feet sometimes causing discomfort.
2. Factors like shoe size and hygiene preferences may prohibit some folks from purchasing vintage shoes.
I still say trot down to JCP and have a gander for yourself. I own three...
