    Thanks for all the links, Artgirl! Unfortunately, I think a lot of stuff that's listed as "high waisted" is not high waisted by our standards. A lot of those items listed on their sites as "high waisted" only sit right around the model's hipbones and not at the natural waist.

    Caroline, check out my new cut in the thread on Getting a Vintage Haircut. It is similar to a middy, but longer on the sides so it looks more like an average professional cut and less like a mullet/emo cut when unset.
