Cuffed Jeans
It may look wierd but I still see oldtimers doing this, I think its kind of cool. Might also depend on the type of jeans your wearing, a really wide opening might get under your heals. I wear wrangler cowboy cuts and I order them a little long but I've never had that problem.- HDRnR

Do all FQHH Jackets Creak/Squeak
If you want to hear creaking I have an old horsehide CHP jacket that creaks more than my great grandmothers rocking chair. It has the hardest horsehide I've ever seen, at least fifty years old and not broken in yet.- HDRnR

Art, you are the man ! I will try to bash one of mine like that. Ande, I've had the same issues with my factory blocked cattleman OR's, the felt is stiff. I have a Royal Deluxe that is smooth as butter tho. -

Anyone know what year the OR started to come with the factory blocked cattlemans crease ? Seems like the older ones came open crowned and then Stetson switched to the cattleman. -

I have Lost Worlds and Aero, my LW squeak also. Even though they are both fqhh they have a different finish. The Aero is more supple while the LW has a harder finish. The Aero seems heavier also than the LW.- HDRnR

What year did Stetson switch from brown to black sweatbands?
I have a black band Open Road that has a glued in liner, I'd say its late 60's. Felt is ok but not even close to my earlier Stetsons.
