    Handsome Fellas!

I've day dreamed myself into that car many a time--isn't he just delicious in that video? I love Galaxy Quest too. Rickman's delivery of the line "By Grabthar's hammer... what a saving" in the scene when they're opening the store made me laugh 'till I literally cried. I wish he'd do more...

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

The Age of Innocence. It's flawed but I keep watching it! The clothes, set decoration and music are to die for.

What was the last TV show you watched?

I just finished season 2 of the American version of The Office and I really loved it. I thought it was far superior to season 1 in the writing and how comfortable the actors are with their characters. I enjoy how episodes can go from silliness to exasparating behavior to humor and then sneak...

    Handsome Fellas!

I love it that Alan Rickman just gets better with age--have you seen pictures of him when he was young? So geeky! Of course, with that voice, who cares? Also, you have seen the "In Demand" Texas video, haven't you? Rickman doing the tango--be still my heart...

Titanic-era blouse! What to wear with it?

Ooh, pretty blouse--lucky you! I've seen them worn with gored skirts for a more traditional look, or over a camisole with jeans. Open, as a little jacket? You'll have fun playing around with different looks.

Oh, Hadley, I'm with you on Errol Flynn! I've said it before; I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him, but as fling material--sign me up!

    What are you wearing today??

You look so gorgeous Ohairas! I'm sure skirts looked just the same after alighting from a carriage, so think of it as being period correct!;)

    What are you wearing today??

Thank you kindly! I usually don't wear much makeup but I tend to feel a bit 'underdressed' without it when I'm wearing vintage, thus the dithering on my part.

What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

I loved the hats you've posted recently Dinerman! I've wanted to ask you something for awhile but I can't find a convenient thread to do it in, so I'm going off topic here for a moment. Your specs are great--are they vintage?

How Were Your Times Growing Up?

I was born in June of 1968. My childhood was fairly chaotic and, for the most part, bad memories of that time outweigh the good. However, I try give the good memories more attention so they loom larger from being moved the the foreground of my mind, so to speak. I remember; Riding my...

What should I pack for the Queen Mary Event?

Ooh, fun! I haven't seen that movie in a million years and I bet it will be extra fun with so many enthusiasts in the audience. I wondered if any other movies are scheduled to be shown? With this group I'd imaging a screening of any of the classics would be popular.
