You're so lucky Lauren! So many of them have been broken up for the prints, it's a pity. When those come up on ebay I have to physcially restrain myself from bidding ridiculous amounts. I've got the Dover reprints to keep me occupied until I win the lottery though.
(snaps fingers ruefully) Shoot! But I'm not surprised, the back of Mom's closet is where all of my old Halloween pictures are too. I was going to start a thread on Halloween costumes of Loungers as kids but I have nothing to contribute so it seems a bit cheezy. Maybe I still will though...
Hear, hear Zaika!
That's the thing I love the most about the Men/Ladies of the Lounge threads--neither of them have even a whiff of a clique. Everyone here is so kind and inclusive even to those of us who don't look like models.

I still get a thrill when I open a new box of 64 crayons. These drawings are great, thanks for sharing them.
I've recently started to coordinate what I want to make with the fabric and patterns I have so that I can start to make purchases to "plug holes" rather than just random buying (I'm...
LOL! You did it--you created the thread!

Bugsy is such a good clothes movie, for women too but especially for the men. I went through a jag where I had that film on permanent loop but I haven't seen it for awhile.
Maybe the designer had visions of some Damon Runyonesque character going to try to talk Big Eddie out of collecting the 20 large he's owed from a lousy bet the guy with the tie made at the racetrack. The poor sap designer is thinkin' that maybe the demonic horses on his tie will prove...
