I have never done this and I don't think I would want to. It somehow desn't feel like a powder I would want to put all over my body.[huh]
Why not buy a nice perfumed powder if you want something nicer than baby powder?
UPDATE
My blush arrived today. I really like it. While I was waiting for it I tried using my lipstick but it was hard to blend. The cream blush is much creaimer and blends very easily. Thanks for all your help! If anyone else was wanting to try this stuff I say go for it!
I can't agree with you more! This is something we look forward to all week. Our communication has improved and disagreements don't snowball into fights, anymore.
Thanks for that info on the Almy. I have seen either CoverGirl or Maybelline have a little jar of mousse blush. I was tempted by that one day but couldn't choose a color.
I will have to look for the Burts Bees rouge. I have an eyeliner of theirs that I like.
Thanks for the tips!!
WOW! That is just like a hat the Ginger Rogers wears in Once Upon Honeymoon It's in the scene where she is helping her maid escape from the Germans and is dressing her in her clothes. The maid doesn't know how to put the hat on. :)
I have a 3 1/2 yr old little boy. I haven't been doing vintage long enough to say he has interfered with it. Although I have loved it my whole life. I haven't gotten myself in a regular routine yet. I know I need to set my hair at night. I am a SAHM too for now, and have a tiny side business. So...
Has anyone ever tried cream rouge?

The price seems good for 2 colors, but I hate that the picture is in black and white. I am...
Vanessa!!! Those are wonderful!!!
I have been looking for espadrilles for the past few years. They attempted to surface a few years back. I saw them at Old Navy but that was it.
I just bought these in the bronze and love them. I like the structured front...
We have them here already! They hide in the grass and I am always accidentally stepping on them. I think I am alergic to their bites as my foot swells and it is VERY painful!
I love everything vintage but I collect composition and hard plastic dolls from the 1930's-1950's.
Here is an all original compo I got for Christmas:
This is a Madame Alexander Cissy from the 1950's. I made her outfit.
I think what it basically comes down to is using the facilities will take longer and be a little less simple than what we are used to in wearing modern undergarments.:( I currently have the all in one girdle with hook and eye closure on the crotch. Even that takes a little manuving to make sure...
Thanks for posting that Lauren. I knew she had one when the Sears catalog was still around but I didn't know the line still existed. I remember wanting one all those years ago.
Here is another nice one:
