I do not think I can better Lauren's two words. it's great to see your new dress and what a good home it gone too. I was talking on Saturday to a vintage dealer and she says that she passes over 20's as they are so fragile these days to put in a shop. Thank you for posting

Are we LYING about our dresses???

Maybe it becuse she knows vintage is popular and writing this will either get a reaction from people and her name known. if she said 5 reason to wear vintage then we just agree and forget her. if that not right then I go with LD idea. what ever it's still a good laugh

1920s - fashion with fun, whimsy and chic

I agree it's a sort of ultra feminine look which attracts me to these styles, they would look a little odd ben worn to day apart from at a deco event.

    Mixing Eras

I with Lady Day here, unless they were rich items clothes in the main would have only been replaced when they wore out , thus they would be a element of era mixing and adding in items passed down from others, clothes today are cheeper then they ever been relativly to income.

    A new hair style quandary

It comes down to what people are comfortable using, I do take it as a complement if people do use "Pauline", calling me Pauline I think signify they can see me more for the style or fashions I wear, putting the gender I was born with into second place. This is what makes fashions so...
