I not sure if you ever seen me with modern fashion before, it show my present every day hair shade so to say.
To confuse thing even more on the right I am black and also blonde.
Black works for me with the 1920's...
Yes you can be honest I do not mind that at all, I always do end up going back to the 20's so think says it all but it's nice to have it confirmed.
Thank you all for your advice/ opinion .

I was toying with the idea of having one made up so I would be interested in seeing it wore.
That's a nice find, and look in great condition, could you wear it or just for your collection, I not seen one as close up as this, thanks for shareing it with us.
It looks great to me, there must have been something about it that attracted you to it , experiment and see what it looks like on, that the great thing about vintage fashions, you can always sell it and maybe even make a dollar or two on it.
I never understand face shapes and complextions, peaple always tell me different thing , your light, or oh you have a dark complextion, I think it depends upon if the shop has a surplus of one shade of foundation to get rid off, as I always get mixed messages.:(
I do occationally see older ladies wearing shorter skirts (50+) not many I have to say in my view they look great, fashions should be about wearing what you like style wise, not forcing any one any way.
I do think shops have a lot to answer for, shops for younger fashions and others for older...

I been thinking about changing my hair style for the last few month, The advantages with a wig is that you can have in theory have any style or shade.

Ideally I would like to go more vintage than modern maybe short curly yet not so vintage that I cannot occationally...

I think the only thing you can do is try it on for a while and see how you feel about wearing it, if you feel uncomfortable then maybe it's one for the hanger and collection only.
The photo above of Miss 1929 and her friends has really inspired me to give my fur another go becuse I was slightly disappointed with it the first time around, whilst I do not want to offend any one I thing the look works for me now more than it did
By the way every thing you see me wearing...
This is my latest vintage purchase, a very cute vinyl case with a pair of seamed ff nylons in it.
My question is why have a case
Could it be a free gift to promote the brand etc etc,

I just wanted to add that I have found a dress maker who's just made one of these "one hour dresses" sound as if she will be making more for sale soon,
As far as I know it's just waiting now to be photographed, when I recive a copy I see if I can put it up here, copywrite etc,
It will be...
