Boobs are easy to pad out with vintage style bras and Audrey certainly used to some of the time. When I was young and skinny I used to take the big oval shoulder pads out of 80's jumpers and put them down the back of my tights to pad out my bum!
I'm selling 2 pairs of high-waist wide leg trousers on Ebay at the moment - both a UK8 (US2-4?). Sorry to bump the thread for promotion purposes but I thought someone in this thread might be able to make use of them. One pair were custom made for me and have never been worn and both have low...
This is listed on Etsy but I am open to offers from loungers. It's a gorgeous yellow and lilac check wool and is pretty damn near perfect.

Not that wikipedia is the font of all knowledge but the entry for Sepia has a different explanation.

Maybe it's a vintage londoner thing... there are certainly plenty of ankle biters around my locale! Or perhaps it's the the kind of thing a woman in her late 30s will say a lot in public because otherwise people will tend to assume I am wringing my hands desperate for a baby before my 'time runs...
Hello Betty,

OK, well I put a bit of setting lotion on it when it's wet then I blow dry it upside down to get lift at the roots. Then when it's nearly dry I blow dry it all backwards off my face. I smooth and shape it with a little bit of wax and hairspray and serum.
Thanks Amy :) and everybody else who said nice stuff. I've just been feeling a bit 'normal'. The sides and back are too short to pincurl or put in rollers, especially as it's very layered. Luckily I have a bit of natural wave and kink to it so i can get a fair bit of shape and body to it but...
Visually it's good hair, stylish (preferably vintage) clothes and a nice smile. I have no preferences for height, hair colour or anything else really.
Personality-wise I want somebody who laughs at my jokes and makes me laugh too, intelligence and critical thinking, someone with similar...
