This came from Germany (there are vastly more vintage hats over there than in the UK) Lembert mainly made Trachten - traditional folks hats but did venture into the odd fedora. This was spotted by a kind fellow forum member :)
Okay it's not a Fedora, but creating a Bowlers abroad thread seemed a bit much ;)
Had a conference in London on Tuesday, and thought, what better hat for time in the City than a bowler. Oddly I didn't see anyone else wearing one :)

Lovely Whippet David.
Harv - that's a great looking Ribbon.
Andy - nice cap and outfit.
Sam - good to see that WAR Campy.
Gorgeous Stetson Perry
Terry - I like the replacement ribbon.
ytt - my British made stetson looks suspiciously like a Christys, but there's not enough evidence to positively identify it.
Nice collection of (tiny ;) ) hats.
Who says no one wears a bowler in London these days?
Outside the Tower of London on Tuesday:
late 60's early 70's Failsworth.
I think it was a one man crusade - I didn't see a single bowler on anybody (no Fedora's either for that matter)...
I'll post more shots in Fedoras afield when I get...
Thanks Al.
It looks good - slightly darker than I expected, but a nice colour.
With the teardrop it's quite reminiscent of the pre-bashed Squatter (I re-shaped the supplied porkpie into a teardrop on mine).
Joao - no need to trim the brim, you carry the width well, and the dirt adds character.
TJ - I like the strong contrast that ribbon offers.
Alan - lovely Mallory. I like the brim sweep.
g.d. - wonderful looking Lee - great ribbon width.
I don't think I've got a drop of Irish blood in me (just a few year's worth of Irish Stout and Bushmills) but it seemed churlish not to celebrate St.Guinness day with a bit of green. Panizza President:
