Ofcom - recently announced we've got the best Broadband in Europe (admittedly they ignored average speed, and ignored all but five of the European countries... :eusa_doh:).
Mike another fine stingie.
They still make Homburgs - I had one arrive last month. Very pronounced dip in the brim. They make a large range of Fedoras as well as bowlers and even top-hats.
Perry - lovely green Stetson, and Benedetto Martino looks good too.
Justin - I think 40's is a good estimate. Lovely Borso what ever age it is.
Gear-guy - the Citation (never hear of them) stingie was a good buy.
John - a sharp looking pair as always.
Joao - I don't know whether you...
Vicuna is more expensive, but that's rarity. In general for modern hats, fur-felt is dearer and superior. I don't think Resistol have ever used Vicuna in a western :)
It's got a coach pin as well ;)
Whilst I'd never wear it in it's current form, I do feel a bit guilty converting it in the same way I can appreciate the skill in Homburg conversions, but like homburgs... I like Westerns on other people, but a Strat or OR is as far West as I'd feel comfortable...
HamilCarBarca3 - lovely looking hat - that brim has real character.
Gear-guy & g.d. - A nice pair of Milans. We're probably a few weeks away from straws here, but I think we're getting tere!
SlackerDrummer - nice looking cap, and good to have a hat that reminds you of a happy event.
TheSacredFemme -
Jared's point about an adjustment period is well made, and I agree the guides on face/head types are a little too prescriptive.
The UK isn't well equipped with hat shops but there are a few out there. Whereabouts in England are you?
Trying on a hat or two is probably best...
