David - great hat and I like the 'man in black' look.
Andy - as Perry says - very dapper!
Perry - gorgeous Adam.
Charlie - great cap, you should wear them more often.
Sam - superb!
Joao - are you sure it's you under that beauty?
Seth - I don't envy you ;)

Akubra Regency Squatter:
Richard - nice colour. A bit of steam will sort the brim out, and if you do a search there are at least a couple of tutorials on ribbon replacement floating around.
Pretty straightforward to flatten - use a tea-towel or similar on the brim and iron with a steam iron. Getting the drop and raised rear can be a bit more fiddly, but I've done it to my satisfaction on flat-brimmed Akubra feds using steam from a kettle and hands.
Garrett - perfect hat for taking a trip ;)
Terry - impressive re-block with a paintcan.
Gear-guy - nice straw and the spring woods make a great background.
Sam - I think Garrets hat needs that Pug ;) that Carmack always makes me envious.
Alan - great photo, your pride shines out.
Josh - great little Derby, wonderful condition for it's age.
OfCourseMyHorse - nice find too. The GADunn on the sweat combined with the Dunn&Co label almost certainly puts it early to mid-50s
Charlie - lovely moss number
David - nice looking Penman. Interesting brim stitching
Joao - the band works well :)
John - a very smart pair.
Renault - I'm not familiar with the bushman, but it looks good.
Rassman - nice thin ribbon
It's difficult to judge the condition of the felt. If there is no mothing and it's just a bit grubby, then it might be worth getting a new sweat and cleaning it. A full clean, reblock and new sweat band is going to cost you a minimum of $75 -$100, and you'd be lucky to get much more than that...
Edward - I find waistcoats great for warmer days.
