    Alan - lovely stetson. That sweat embossing is sharp. Garrett - looks good despite that brim damage. There are a couple of UK companies that specialise in Silk Top Hat repairs who would probably be able to work on a bowler. The liner logo looks very much like Christys.

    Crown shaping isn't that difficult on reasonable quality felt - do it dry to get it roughly how you want it, then use steam to set it. If you don't like the results you can re-steam and re-shape.
