Vintage German Luftwaffe type Jacket
Gents, I'm selling this jacket on Ebay. The leather is similar thickness to the vintage front three quarters horse Aero currently use. Rare larger size 44 R. No stitch holes or claims of provenance but it's similar to the one in the Eastman collection that does. I have seen identical jackets...- hpalapdog

Langlitz: Why not horsehide?
Er..no. Horsemeat for human consumption is common in some European countries and the supply of hides good from Italy and eastern Europe. A supple medium weight horsehide used for example in A2 jackets doesn't cost much more than cowhide. Front quarter horsehide is more expensive. adam- hpalapdog
