Hello Everyone,
I see that Stetson still offers an Open Road that has a Cattleman's crease. I do not like this type of a crease and would like to re-bash the Hat to a Fedora style of crease. Is this possible ? Has anyone out there done this before ? Where the results good ?
Hi everyone,
I see that Aero is offering Trainee made Jackets at a good discount. It says in the discription that there are minor faults. Does anyone have any experience with this from Aero ? The discount is a good one so this may be a good way to get an Aero that fits my budget.
Thanks...
Thanks Jeep, here is a source I have in Europe for a Witch Hazel that is not bad. You may want to give it a try to compare to the Thayer's. That is what I want to do, compare that is, that is why I am looking for the Thayer's here...
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for an Open Road, or Open Road Clone in either a 7 1/8 or 7 1/4. Silver Belly is the color I am looking for. The Hat does not have to be perfect as it will be a "beater"
I would prefer a deal here in Europe if at all possible.
Thanks !
I have a pair of Sperry Top Siders that are about 20 years old. They have held up very well over the years. I generally wear the only 3 or 4 times a year though.
I have a pair of Alden Wingtips in Shell Cordovan. The are really well made and have a very good fit. At the 400 Euros that they cost I would say that they are worth the money as I think that they will age well and last a long time.
I find that the Internet is a good source of information, the problem is that of telling what is the truth, and what is being presented as the truth. Printed media is generally printing the truth.
