Does anyone have a Lost Worlds Speed Demon in 44, or 46? What’s the chest size in each, please, and arm length?

This is what I found:
Size 44
Size 46

Length on 46 appears to be shorter, but seems like it's modified that way. (There's a partial tag under the 46 tag that most likely says S)
