Ooooh, I have the 40's dress (in the cherry print) and wore it to my best friend's wedding - I got lots of compliments on it. You'll love it! I nearly got the Mini Fleur print, but it didn't suit the wedding colours.
It's from Etsy seller foreverlovelyvintage and they've got some other really nice ones, wish I could get them all!
I understand the BP addiction, I only have on dress and one skirt by them, but both are really flattering.
I have some dresses, skirts and blouses from the retro phases in the 70's/80's, and got them mainly for kicking about the house or walking the dog in the country, things my actual vintage is too precious for. I think they really serve that purpose well, and I don't mind as much if I snag them or...
I feel like I'm spamming this thread, but nobody I know would appreciate these like you ladies :) My last purchase until January or February, apart from some patterns. Not my usual silhouette or era, but NOS and looks comfy:
Thanks again ladies.
The black and white dress also comes with it's matching belt (not in the picture) and has red in it, but you can't tell. I'm pretty excited about it. I'll post skirt pictures as soon as I made them :D

Thanks everyone, and lovely dress Miss Golightly. Your wardrobe must be amazing!

A slip and some patterns:
Christmas presents from my family! I wish Christmas came earlier, so I could wear them.
Petticoat from my favourite Ebay seller:
Cashmere sweater from TKMaxx (it's navy, not black, and has three pearl buttons):
I grew up with my grandparents, born in 1917 and 1919, and both of them only bathed once a week but never smelled. My dad (their son) showers daily, but my mom has skin rashes so started showering once or twice a week and also doesn't smell.
I remember having to share baths with my cousin who...
