Over the weekend, I got the most compliments I've had in some time.
In a convenience store, I had a short conversation with a guy who had just received one of his grandpas fedoras.
But the crowning exchange there was a very attractive girl in line in front of me kept turning around and...
Recently while making a stop at Shepler's for jeans, I spied this t-shirt on the sale rack, couldn't pass it up for less than $10!
Since I rarely wear tees while out and about, I haven't worn it yet. Seems like it'd match my straw Whippet nicely.

I don't get why people would think that the sellers initial "reactionary" email wasn't out of line. [huh] The paranoia of "perfect" hats is laughable at best, but is beside the point of disparaging remarks about the buyer's town... Also, if this was supposedly the same address, why wasn't that...
Thanks, Lefty.
The first one's in excellent shape and I somehow missed it on all of my searches. [huh]
The second while oldest is plagued with the vintage hat problem... too small! :eusa_doh:
The third is one one I've been considering. It's a bit dirty and the ribbon/binding is meh...
Thanks, I've actually been considering one of them. But wanted to see if I came across something more enticing here. I may pull the trigger in a bit.

Dear eBay Seller,
How can the original poster be making you look bad? He hasn't given out your eBay handle, or named any names. I respect that fact, were he out to "ruin" you, names would be flying and we'd all know who you are... as it stands now you are a nameless faceless Scala hat seller...
Still, so what? I had a buyer from Canton, Ohio STEAL from me... and get away with it! [LONG story] Does that give me the right to make remarks about Canton to another buyer who has to return an item from that location? [huh]
I can understand not shipping to or buying from third...
Saying that a return is suspicious solely because of someones location pretty much a derogatory comment in my book. [huh] So what if someone from Conroe Texas had returned something that didn't pass their CSI:eBay tests in the past?
Randy
You know, I got to thinking about the Conroe Texas remark... that's discriminating and borderline slander on the part of the seller. Something I personally would report to eBay.
