It's a possibility. I don't know, they were fairly clear in their wording for that. Usually, you can tell when a seller doesn't speak English well, their wording is quite crude and sometimes unintelligible.
I what mean you now?
:p

I've never actually encountered a terse Power Seller/store owner. The terse ones have been the individual who didn't get as much out of their item as they wanted to so they're snotty to the buyer. Though, I know it does happen with Power Sellers.
Now on the Amazon Marketplace... I've written...
It's been blown out of proportion, yet it's still an issue to the OP.
I'm still amazed that some on here don't think the seller was out of line. :eusa_doh: They wouldn't stand for this accusatory language in a brick and mortar shopping experience, so why should the original poster be subjected...
Have you considered selling or trading the hats you don't wear? It could help you afford new, properly sized hats.
I know I'm the sort who, if it doesn't see regular wear, it's sold or traded for something that will be worn regularly. I'm a hat wearer, not particularly a collector per se...
:arated:
Agreed. But, sadly, that's what the public thinks of "the old west".
But my pet peeve in terms of "classic" western stars' wardrobes are those hideous sequined outfits. No cowboy could walk the streets of a REAL western town in them, they'd be dead before they...

or Chester from Gunsmoke
in the hat. lol
The LR may just be what you're looking for, then.

There's a lot of talk about Akubra sizing being either too large or too small, yet in all the 6 + Akubras I've owned the sizing has been dead on to my head. [huh] The only thing I've had to let shrink a tad is the sweatband on one hat. [Federation IV Deluxe]
I own a Heritage felt and think...
I REALLY want a Sand Akubra but can't decide which hat I want. Of the hats you named I like both the Banjo and Lightning Ridge... tough call wish I could give more of an answer!
Randy
P.S You know the Overlander has a wider brim than either of the others, and looks really killer in Sand
Not to take business from Penman, but you can also buy the boxes non-branded [read cheaper] direct from the manufacturer, Sarah's Hat Boxes
shhhhhhhh :whistling :p
Randy
Really? I thought I had seen it offered in willow only a few days ago, must have been mistaken!
Randy
P.S Sure 'nuff, it's only available in carbon grey now.
Welcome, You've Come To The Right Place
May I highlight a good starting point? This thread has a lot of good information for the uninitiated. As does this one.
Personally, I wear felt year 'round and find that it gives me no problems in summer. [Note: I live in Florida]
I know you'll get...
