Tasso Elba linen back belted suit...
I tried one on in Macy's tonight. They didn't have a large, only a medium, which was too small for me. The medium is marked 39-41. Interestingly, I confirmed something I thought I saw in Fletch's pictures--the chest on this cut is larger than the rest of the jacket, almost like a drape cut... -

Yes, I've also found $50 to be an average price for a resole. Prices vary a bit by location. My cobbler charges $17 for new heels, $35 for half soles and heels, and about $55 for a complete resole. Chasseur is right, this is an evening dress coat, not a cutaway. As to date, it's hard to say because this style stayed relatively consistent for decades and decades. If I had to guess, I'd say '30s because of the lack of breast pocket and the shape of the lapels. But I could be very wrong... -
