EG makes good stuff. Some of it is a bit stylized. There are American retailers, but they don't carry a huge amount of stock.

FYI, our local TJ Maxx has some wood frame with canvas folding chairs similar to this for around $60. I don't know the brand, but they seemed pretty nice. I'm tempted to grab one.
