Let's all keep things on an even keel. TES has a beautiful hat for which he has no reason to apologize or justify. We are blessed with a number of sources for hats of all kinds, including Panamas.

Great hats. You can't go wrong with a Whippet, and that Jazzman is superb. My eyes are drawn to the straws with the warmer weather. An Art straw might be in my future... ;)

As an aside, I'd have to remove that pin were it me, not because of any anti-BB bias, but for the same reason that Borsalino shouldn't write their name across their bows.
Here's an earlier version of the same style. I bought it off ebay, it was too small, so I resold it to a Lounger.
Note the WW2 era 'Ceiling Price' on the tag a la johnnyphi's Schobles, so early to mid 1940s for this one. A bit confusing on size, as the tag says 6 7/8 but the interior 7.
Please feel free to post it in all three (I very much mean that). This is a hat forum where we a bunch of guys and gals from around the world show their hats to each other. As long as folks do so amicably then we ought to just enjoy our mutual interest in the hobby.
Obviously there are various Panama Hat threads, and obviously some threads are repetitive. But it's a forum, not a wiki, thus it's a dynamic, free-flowing sort of thing.
