    1. Sounds like they just need more breaking in. Go for a long walk. 2. I personally wouldn't want 2 boots of the same leather. Go for an oxblood. I am sure they have an oxblood in something other than buffalo.

    Lefty, I think the only way for one to comment on the warmth of the liners would be to spend some time in a pair with and without liners. I don't know if there are many people here with multiple pairs. That being said I have never had any issues with the liners in mine. I wore mine all summer...
