    What's not to like about italy? If you are still in Florence, be sure to order a steak at a restaurant. They call it "Bistecca alla Fiorentina". Not just the best steak in Italy but, arguably, in Europe. Hope I don't offend anyone here with that last statement - just my personal preference.

    Hat slang

    In France they simply say "chapeau" (hat) to connote well done or congratulations. Sort of like tip of the hat, but a single word.

    I've had luck turning the sweatband inside out, brushing water on the porous inner side of it, and then drying it in front of a heat lamp (no too hot).
