My New Homemade Hat Torture Device- Stretcher

I won the Stetson Thirty. Have not seen one like it before. I was a little surprised I didn't have any competition on it. I have a soft spot for those "woven" sweat bands. I would say about 1970. Hope the felt is nice. Anj -

FS - Nice Borsalino 7 3/8
