Hornskov Hats - custom Danish hatter

Thanks, Gary. I had a feeling the purple brim binding would subtly highlight the steel blue. I also have a number of other attire I thought it might go well with.

    G.B.Borsalino Fu Lazzaro & C. <1936

I've never heard of Borsalino calling itself G.B.C. Is the liner sewn or glued?

    G.B.Borsalino Fu Lazzaro & C. <1936

I don't think it's Manchester, England, Joe. I'm sure there were no English hatters making Borsalinos under license.

What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Borsalino from Sools of Paris. Ca. 1940s. I particularly like the wide ribbon on this one.

    G.B.Borsalino Fu Lazzaro & C. <1936

It's not a fu Lazzaro. It would say so on the liner and sweatband. It's much more modern than a fu Lazzaro era hat, too. The two tugging dogs are a poor imitation of the original hat liner logo. I'm not even sure if it's a genuine Borsalino if it doesn't have the Borsalino logo on the sweat...

That's a beautiful looking Stetson Bowler, Erik. Not often we see you in one of those. It definitely suits you as, of course, do all your hats and caps.

" The Great British Hat Makers "

You won't be disappointed with any vintage hat made by one of the many fine Manchester area hatmakers.

Nice find, and welcome to the FL. I agree with Stefan, the scalloped edge liner points to T&W Lees. The liner logo definitely points to one of the Manchester hatmakers.
