Dehen 1920 biker sweaters. Club zip.

Thank you both for your advises, guys! As far as I can tell then, the total sleeve length would be 2 inches longer than the one advised on the website. Currently hesitating between those two ones: I mainly love the first one because of the red collar and stripes, not the over the top...

Thanks mate, that is indeed somewhat helpful. Could I ask you to take some measurements of the sleeves non rolled up, so I could compare on the size chart?

Dehen 1920 biker sweaters. Club zip.

Edward, sorry for the grave digging, but can you tell me a bit more about your sweater? I'm looking at Rumble59 website right away, and see they give 26 inches sleeve length for an L sweater. But as per the size chart, it's with the sleeve rolled up. Can you tell me what size is yours, and what...

Amazing painted A-2s of the 390th Bombardment Group - pic heavy

Fantastic display they got there! Should maybe start a thread about Robbins AFB museum, I made quite a few jacket pictures up there too.

    Experimenting on foods.

We sometimes do the same here in Belgium. You can also do it with banana slices. Fresh bread, a lot of butter, and you cover everything with them slices. That's pretty good! A couple other for the breakfast: - First, take a cup of hot, black coffee, with a lot of sugar in it. Then break an egg...

Same here. A pair of 501 is about 100EUR in any shop in Belgium. Went to Atlanta a month ago, and they were 49 bucks...

20-30$ a pack?? Where's that? Just got back from Atlanta, and they were cheaper than in Belgium, around 5$ a pack.

    Alpha A2 fit pic

Did I complained? I don't think so. Just stated that a high end repro will not be affordable for now, and that's about it. No complain, no tears, plain simple facts, that's it. I stand by my choices and opinions.

    Alpha A2 fit pic

Sure, side entry pockets somewhat detracts on the A-2 look, and that was why I was so hesitant in the first place. But I found out I could do with them. I mean, they do are practicable! This is the only gripes I have with A-2, the lack of pockets. Sure, if you have a pair of trousers with cargo...

    Alpha A2 fit pic

Your are right, guys, but I think this was mostly caused by the side entry pockets. It's not easy to be tall and thin with long arms in the land of flight jackets!

    Alpha A2 fit pic

My thoufhts exactly. I'll be back in Belgium by Saturday, and will order one from QMI. If the size is right for me, I'll keep it, otherwise I'll send it back and will get my hands on an Alpha. Thaks for the tip, Kevin. That would adress the main issue I had with the Alpha, not very costy, and...

    Alpha A2 fit pic

Not pulled the trigger yet, still weighting the pros and cons. I'm not really satisfied with the knitted parts, hat's mainly what's holding me down. On the very plus side, the missus made the proposition to offer it to me for our upcoming 4th anniversary!

    Alpha A2 fit pic

Hello guys, what do'you think about the fit of this Alpha A-2? I know it's not period correct, but with the little one coming pretty soon, I'm afraid I won't be able to gather money for a good repro until a while, and this one is only 268USD. Edit: sorry for the crappy pic, had to take a...

    Pomade

Tried out the Reuzel Green, and it turns out really great. Easy to apply, easy to style, and it's pretty solid. If your hairs are getting messed up during the day, a quick comb and everything's back in order! I think it'll be my go-to pomade.

    Pomade

Tried some pomade for the first time this week. I decided on Tuesday that it was time for a a real haircut, and went to a local barber shop. The guy is rocking full vintage style, and is well known in the community of WW2 reenactors, custom bikes and so on. Went on for nothing too fancy, shorter...
