Did anyone here manage to snag the Stetson One Hundred on OFAS
yesterday? lotta loot, and great color hat. Interested in seeing better
photos, hopefully with one of your faces below!
Close to being my dream topper-7 3/8...and I wasn't paying attention

Duggap + Not-Bogart- what are those wonderful hats from Mr. Fawcett?

the brown Camptown you show liner side up-if my math works,
the "X" factor ends up being 100X (clever,eh?); do all Camptowns
come in this quality? 100X ought to be awfully soft, dense, and rich.
If this is the case-where can I...
just plain ol' TERRIFIC JOB!!:eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap
that hat's a killer! like the color, cut, attitude; the whole hat speaks, not
just a part. With many "great hats", it's the crown that makes it; or the
cut and curl of the brim, or the ribbon treatment. Nah. Nah. Nah...you...
Baron ( and everybody else) please disregard the above post. Forgot there were great photos. If the Bartender could be so kind as to delete the post, I would be happy as a oyster.

Baron: could you do us a favor and take some excellent photos of this hat?
use nice flat background, good lighting, you know the drill- it's just such a

I bought a Churchill on the 'bay a couple of months ago- very much like
Alan C's; mine is also from Neiman-Marcus, but is a Silverbelly felt; OR
styling, but a little different- 2 5/8 brim, 4 1/2 crown, but looks larger;
nice felt, a bit stiffer than a vintage OR, but very smooth...
Have a master hatter friend (no longer making hats, alas.) who said that
he had over 6,000 blocks at one time. I've been in his place enough, and
seen just some of the stuff the man accumulated over many years, and
do believe him. Still-unbelievable. 6,000 blocks?? And he did make me a...
solid work. good presentation. and an awful lot of chutzpah to show your stuff front and center with pride and imagination. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap
