    A truely unique photo.

Images from Thunder... That jacket Lon is wearing looks like it might be one Style Eyes, out of Japan reproduced recently... (and check out that shawl collared sweater on James Murray!) Excellent image here although I wasn't able to access the direct link of the photo for some...

Tasso Elba linen back belted suit...

I'm sorry, I should have taken some pictures. Their site is frustrating. I saw matching pants in their store by 34th St in NYC but they weren't directly next to the jackets. :eusa_doh: I could go back to the store to take pictures, but I'd be afraid I would come out having bought it! lol

Tasso Elba linen back belted suit...

well there's a natural that gives you the option of the matching pants. then there's the flat brown jacket and a textured muted brown jacket which might be gray-ish, but it's labeled brown. I'm the wrong person to ask, being color blind :p

Tasso Elba linen back belted suit...

yes i did! I liked the look, but it certainly is a bit different. I made the trip in with the intention of buying, but got thrown for a loop with the two brown options that decided to not jump in to any quick decisions.

Tasso Elba linen back belted suit...

Anyone seen these? They have a functioning action back center pleat, petal lining, a nonfunctional throat latch, three matching patch pockets with knife pleats (basically matching the back) The three pockets, each with pocket flaps remind me of something more edwardian/20's or safari-related I...

lol I don't think you sound contentious! I just haven't experienced here what you've experienced here! I've seen some great stuff here, don't get me wrong. But I spent about 2 years and change out there and really felt like classic hollywood was living just below the surface of everywhere...

Plus you can't buy tickets ahead of time for the double features it seems. How annoying since they could easily sell out while you're rushing there after work. If there's one thing to miss about Los Angeles, it's the quantity of wonderful films playing regularly at beeeautiful original movie...

The best films no one has ever seen.

The Commitments got a lot of press and fans, but was overshadowed by the incredibly well written/acted follow up, The Snapper! But from a golden era point of view, there are so many brilliant films that in my opinion, get nowhere enough praise. I'm going to think about this a bit before I...
