Looks very good on you. I have to say that I like the Maxwell the most out of all my Aeros, as it just seems to tick every box. I'm just surprised it's not on their site.
To close this out for me, I never did get my promised refund, for whatever reason.
Luckily my bank is more sympathetic and efficient and today refunded my money, forwarding my evidence to LD's bank in support of my claim.
So over 5 months and no sign of anything, with probably over 400...
Like Fanch says, I had the Teamster, stupidly traded it in after a while, but now have the Maxwell and Work Coat. All were/are FQHH.
I always think of the Maxwell and Teamster as being very similar, but the Maxwell is just shorter with a simpler back. If I had to save just one in a fire, it...
Another annoying, more worrying, thing is that he keeps saying all we have to do is ask for a refund and he'll give it.
So people ask, yet many don't get their refund. Me included. If he's that hard up for cash, then I can't see how he can stay afloat much longer.
Paying out the refunds...
I think he's wrong with his dates. I ordered November 5, and they'd been going for many weeks if not months before that. Definitely many months (6+?) for Kickstarter. So they didn't just start from scratch.
Anyway, looking around the web, being generous suggests that after 6 months on the...
That makes Rakuten even better value.
Check out their Facebook page for an announcement coming tonight. Apparently critical comments are getting removed from that page not long after going up today. Sounds more like Stalinist Russia than the Land of the Free.
For me, 4" for a snug non-layered fit, 6" for a more relaxed or layering look.
In Aero language, that means my 38" Dustbowl and 40" Work Coat are snug, and my 38" Stockmans, 40" Maxwell, 38" Wool HB and 42" Irvin are relaxed. That just shows how tag size alone doesn't tell the whole story.
My 40" WC shoulders are 17.5", 17.75" at a stretch. Like I say, it's meant to be a slim fit.
I have two Stockmans, which are similar to a relaxed fit Work Coat, and in comparison my 38" ones have 23" pit-pit and 18.5" shoulders. If I'd gone for a 42" WC it would probably fit similar to my...
Hi French Guy and welcome. I have a Premium Work Coat in a 40, having a 39.5 chest, and it's very slim fitting, with only really a shirt and maybe a very thin jumper working underneath. The outside pit-pit measurement is about 22.25". For you, I'd definitely go with the 42".
The Premium...
I've told them that if I don't get my refund today I'll get my bank involved. The "Chargeback" process has a limit of 120 days from when you become aware of the problem, which in my case was January.
I was looking at the Styleforum LD thread and there are some pretty strong comments there...
The interesting thing is that they've upped the prices of their shirts to an eye-watering $168. I can't see any sane person paying that for a 6+ month wait and an uncertain outcome, so it must mean that yet another 50% sale is imminent.
But this time, many of the punters are wise to what's...
It's their latest ruse to avoid giving back cash. It's just one excuse after another now.
Another one for order delays is saying that it was in cutting, but the fabric got damaged, hence the delay. It's amazing how unlucky they've been with different materials.
I'm now getting concerned...
