Where in Texas are you? If you are close by and want to drop it off, Paris Hatters in San Antonio will put a new one in for about $25.00. If you are not near San Antonio and don't mind shipping it, most of the custom hatters on the lounge will install one for you. They will do a much better job too. -

Open Crown Stetsons: A Call (Plea) to Retailers!!
I can't figure out how to post a link to it with this iPad but Stetson has a new picture on their Facebook page of the inside of a new hat. The liner and light colored sweatband is beautiful! I really like what I'm seeing from Stetson these days. I hope all these new hats are a big hit for them. -

FS: Panama Hat Size 7 1/8
Here is a Panama hat from Panama Hats Direct. It has never been worn, has a 2 1/2" brim, 1 3/8" black grosgrain ribbon and a leather sweatband. It does not have a size tag but the opening measures 7 3/4" x 6 1/2". That would make it about a 7 1/8. It is way too small for me so I'm selling it. I...- Landman

Looks like all you need to do is turn the front brim down some more. You can use steam on a bound brim but my Stylemaster brim doesn't need steam. It snaps up and down very easily. The Stratoliner Association {Premiere}
The Mink is a very cool color. It is a rich, dark chocolate color. The felt is very nice and soft. Only a little steam was needed to hold the crease in place. I guess I'm going to have to order a Caribou too now that color is being made. These things could break me if they come out with too... -
