Hi
I've been out for a while, but I plan on borrowing the preening artisan quote on a regular basis. I went to a good, relatively inexpensive yuppie restaurant, but it was sort of preening and artisan. They made their own mozzarella and all.

Hi
I have my Great Grandmother's shipping container (crate) that had all of her stuff in it when she came over from Germany in the 1880's. Somebody wallpapered it with some itcky blue wallpaper and it's mostly gone. I'd like to get the rest of the wallpaper off without disturbing the...
Hi
As long as there's a Federal Aviation Administration, you won't have flying cars. I'm not sure if Congress could get them to let go of the sky. I don't blame them, people are dumb enough on the ground and if you can fly over a house, you can screw up and land on it.

Hi
Dad was Army Air Corps, he wore one on Guadalcanal in 45, a Marine one, with a Marine t-shirt cause they would trade for them. USAAF issued pith helmets, but Dad couldn't get one. I'll post a picture when I get a chance, I'm not at home.

Hi
I had moved to Huntsville Alabama to work with Boeing on a NASA program, I was in a hurry for something and a very attractive girl told me "don't get your panties in a wad." I still like that one.

Hi
I could never work out which face type I am, so I gave up. I generally wear a 2 3/4 to 3 inch brim and a minimum of a 5.75 inch open crown, but 6 inch open crowns look good also. I usually wear a center dent or a roughrider crease.

Hi
This is both true and untrue.
if you wet the Sunbody every month or so over the summer, and let it dry on your head, they are very hardy.
If you let the Sunbody get dried out it will crumble like a dried leaf (which of course it is).
Don't ask how I know that...
Well, there are much worse people to be "mistaken" for. Love that movie, and Slim Pickens. I can never decide if I liked him best in Dr. Strangelove, 1941, or Blazing Saddles.

Ugg, I found Dad's from back then in the garage. I'm not planning on saving it. Even he didn't like it. He had a gray stingy brimmed piece of ugly. He said his Mother-In-Law made fun of it and he quit wearing hats. Grand Daddy still wore a really crapped out cheap Fedora until he died in...
Wow Harv, that sounds good. Unfortunately, I'm not near my mint and Hendricks. The neighbors here in Illinois drink Michelob Ultra, but let me keep some Sam Adams in their fridge at least.
The guy I ate dinner with Friday night drove an old Mach III in high school, green.

Hi
If you want a "cool" temperature hat, then a panama is probably the way to go. Cloth hats that are worth having are (in my opinion) hard to come by. +500 on the oil coated hats. Sweat my brains out at Summer camp back in 1998 wearing one. I through it out when I got home.
Just my $0.02
Hi
Unfortunately you don't live near James County Mercantile up in Independence MO. From that picture they could probably work you up a coat like that. I have a wool coat from them that is very nice.

O.k. y'all asked for this.
My best friends grandma (90+) used to but panty hose for Sunday dinner. She'd wring the necks or a couple of hens, tie one on each leg and toss the hose over the clothes line. She didn't have to chase them that way.

Hi Tony
I've always imagined that waking up looking at mirrors when you wake up, would be at best Frightening, especially on those days when the beer goggles said 9 last night.....
