    50's Dobbs Westward in a gray green color. These Westwards are possibly my favorite hat of the thin ribbon variety. Similar to an OR .

    Michael, That is a beautiful hat! I am a huge fan of Wormser.... yours is one of the best I've seen. Late forties early fifties would be my guess. Spectacular!

    I think an OPS Strat was about $10, Mike. The Portis was dirt cheap! Thank you , Jim! ....and its brown! my favorite! Yes you do! haha. I think your gray one from Anthony is quite a fine example of the Portis brand!

    Early 1950's ( O.P.S. era) Portis Supreme. I have had several Portis hats in the past but this one takes the condition cake! Close to mint. It's a nice milk chocolate brown color and thin ribboned.... very Stratoliner like in proportions.

    I think it's the color I object to most , Bob. It's an artificial looking green . Just glad it could be removed without any damage to the hat!
