My new aero half belt arrived!!
I use photobucket as well. When I get the mouse to hover over the gear icon, select the get links option, then click on IMG codes...this is with the new version of the website.- gtdean48

Congrats on new jacket & FYI, you cannot just attach a photo as it would seem for this forum. You have to post photo to a hosting site & use the IMG url to reference it. HTH- gtdean48

+1...I have 2 vintage stretchers, 1 Hat-Jack & a band block (made by a customer hatter the exact shape of my noggin). I rotate hats on one of these apparatuses quite frequently, especially those that I have stretched up a size. I am not sure I have ever had one stretched up that became fully... -

Federation IV sizing
I wear a 7 5/8, measure 24" around. I have always ordered 61 Akubras = Campdrafts, Fed4, Bushman, etc. Imperial grade Akubras do draw in some. Heritage not so much. -

Hatsdirect is the only source for the Federation IV. It is an exclusive model for them like the Heritage Deluxe Campdraft. Can't get them anywhere else... -

"Scoopy Stratoliner Flange"
Campdrafts are closer to the Open Road in their flange which is basically the difference in an Open Road & a Strat. The Strat has the scoopy flange where the OR has the flatter brim. -
