Circa 1960 American Hat Co. Interesting little cataloge (5 1/2" by 8 1/2") that opens from the bottom like a calendar.....;) Has some damp rumples and rusted staples but great hats!;)

Having just taken this dark olive green Huckel out for an image in "the green mile" thread, I decided to wear it out with my Flight Jacket last night to a fundraiser. The three of us, hat, jacket and I got totally soaked in a HEAVY downpour.....I was worried about the hato_O but we all came out...
Well I started out with my daily workabout hat, a "Beaver" finish "Beaver Hats" brand 60's homburg.......
Then I went home for a phone conference (too noisy at work for those), then left back to work wearing my "Puerto Fino" short brim grey..........
Got back to work to find the almost new...
My new to me VERY dark green/grey Borsalino "Continental", on the left AND my DARK olive green Huckel on the right......both newer production, but they have really nice, soft malleable felt! The Borsa has an awsome dark green liner too.;) I really like my green hats, they are MUCH more...

Today my late 60's Dark Brown Sovereign Stetson with"selvedge" brim treatment...overall a very much tapered crown Tyrolean style hat popular at the time.

Michael you really have some great hats and a simply awesome sense of style!!!!! Now you just need to find some hats in 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 and overcoats in 50-52 regular and we could work up some trades for stuff or that federal paper with presidents on it..........:D
