The wall in question is made of brick, anchoring should not really be a problem.
The reason i went for bars rather than single hooks for each jacket is so i can spread the load on the bar by using multiple anchor points.
If the bar is 3 meter i can put an anchor every 50cm and have 7 anchor...
Hi all,
So, i am moving out of London, getting a new office and i want to cover a wall in leather jackets, the wall in question is 320cm wide and 320cm tall (10.5 feet).
I have had a few ideas as to how to hang all that leather and this is my latest/best idea:
I would hang three copper pipes...
In London i had a couple wardrobes but ran out of room and ended up keeping a bunch of rarely worn ones in a pile on the floor, covered by a bed sheet.
I am moving out of London, and going to have more room from now on, i am going to build a jacket rack in my new office and hang 12 flat on the...
I'm ashamed to say there are a few new ones that need to be added to that list...
There are a few reviews i still need to make and a few jackets i need to weight.
No Review of the LT A yet, i thought i did it already but no...
I can't really see/feel a difference in tightness between the J-23 and the LT A.
To me they both feel like hey have the same amount of room when worn.
I have seen people say that the J-23 is a tight jacket and needs to be ordered a...
Personally i dont see a problem with back and sleeve length, the only potential problem i see is the length at the front.
As @torfjord says, higher rise trousers would put your belt higher and sort out the front issue.
Johnny wore a Durable, not a Schott...
I think that whatever you do you won't recoup the money you have spent, i have had a Schott adjusted and i was still not sattisfied with the fit, in retrospect i should just not have bought that jacket, i should have bought a jacket that fit. Now i have an...
The jacket posted clearly shouldn't have been shipped, i am not arguing that, but T&C clearly state:
F) RETURNS/EXCHANGES SHIPPING COSTS: Customer pays all Shipping Charges.
As much as i feel sorry for Monitor, you can't refuse to follow the rules and then get angry when you don't get what...
In this case customs was $30, so sending it back would cost an extra 150$ max.
IMO the correct thing to do would have been to send it back and give Stuart a chance to make things right.
I just had a problem with my LW CHP not fitting, i sent it back and i had a replacement that fit great in...
Just thought i would link my review of that jacket, it might help with the sale...

I have had similar green goop appear on the brass parts of my Himel Chevalier.
All i did was scrape it off gently with a wooden kebab skewer, the green actually flakes off pretty easily, the point of the skewer allows you to really get close to the edge of the brass.
I would be very VERY careful...
All the Shinki i have has a pigment finish and doesn't feel oily.
Honestly there is nothing in common between my 5 Shinki jackets, they all have different thicknesses and different grain characteristics, if i didn't know they came from the same tannery i would be unable to say so.
They look...
I had the same experience...
These tabs looked great on the first button but a mess on the second, they are really designed to be kept on button 1. When i tried it on Garry Eastman was verry insistant that they were functional and didn't see a problem with how the jacket looked when used on...
