    Western, anyone?

    I actually ran into more verified information on this hat!!!! It is in fact a Stetson ARMINTO that was branded by the SHOP for the American Royal rather than being it's own custom order. The owner of this said his grandfather bought it in the early 60's....Has store label and everything! I...

    The Stratoliner Association {Premiere}

    I agree with Brent. I love mine (for the most part) and have 4 or five. I DO have one early one (a mink) made in 2014 that is a little too thick, a problem with many of the early open crown introductions (including the early Stetsonians), and it is indeed a bit of a problem to crease AND the...

    I have never heard of "Panapore" either......BUT.....like you...IF it was my size...for $35 including shipping I certainly would give it a try!!! I actually like the look of it a lot!!

    FS: Adam Mainliner unworn condition size 7 1/2

    My guess would be because of the shorter brim (ALMOST stingy). Because otherwise it is an awesome hat!

    Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

    Greg, This wonderful "American Royal" has me intrigued...People are seeing others but the ones shown look different from one another (and NOT as nice as yours), not the same like the Auctioneer Association hats (which are all OR clones). I wonder if perhaps rather than special order a person...

    Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

    Usually a stamp on the front of the sweat is the model......could be for the show as you say...however there IS a shop stamp from a Men's store on the side of the sweat.....usually society special orders indicate the society itself and not a specific store?? It is all really interesting.......

    Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

    Post New Hats Here!

    And then from a land far away (Germany).......from our freind here on the lounge (Telemaster) there arrives a hat.....a Wormser. His bad luck (hat was too big) turns into my good luck (as Goldilocks said: "the hat was just right")! M;):) PS I will be posting more about it in the OR clone...
