A 50's Lee from the bay.......due to a timely alert from fellow lounger Brent! The good: a solid 50's hat that looks to have never been worn.....awesome color with a really cool pug (was messed up but after removal and the use of a good iron.....) The bad: seller said it had a 2 1/2 inch brim... -

Here is anouther interesting velour I got in a trade right here on the lounge (our very own Brent). It is very simular (just a shade.........or partial shade darker than the Lambert. The velour is differant though....very very nice hand....but a kind of crossover as you can actually see the... -

Here are a couple of pictures of my Lembert velour.....MUCH darker than it photographs.......very dark green.....velour is realy, really, nice! Just over 2 3/8 brim.....works well with brim up as it has a nice flange. Tag was stuck to the liner...(am showing the remains).......liner is... -

Movie hats
Yes indeed it is....And I have a copy of the original (think 1861 or 1862 I cannot remember) sheet music. I have a modest collection of 1850's and 1860's sheet music as well as some nicely illustrated penny song sheets (they have the lyrics only).......Love that stuff! -
