Fantastic work Dena!! Such a neat project as well! I am certain you will be getting more work coming here over the next few weeks, if indeed it actually starts to cool down.
^^ These photos show it well what I appear to be doing wrong. I can certainly appreciate what others have said too regarding arm placement, and maybe having the back of the belt uncovered does indeed make sense.
By the way, this is for all folks who have have cross-zip fit issues, especially...
I've agonized over this thread and the subject matter here quite a bit over the years, but just never took the time to start a thread on it. This is different than a general "fit thread". It should stay specifically to Cross-zips, of any brand, and specifically with side & back issues of fit...
I could offer to be your sponsor!! :)
I need it too...
Just hope the seller has been in touch with you - the "0" feedback is a bit of a challenge for me. Hope you get it soon!

Up for sale is a very nice Premier Fit Aero Highwayman in FQHH with black Alpaca wool body lining. This jacket has a new #10 Nickle zipper installed by Dena at Great Leather. Rest of hardware is all Nickle and works well. From smoke & pet free home. There are scratches on both sleeves that...
Correct, handwarmer pockets for the passanger. Lost Worlds J24 & J24 have them too.
I actually like brass with black, especially with a bit of silver/nickle added in. But it has to be glossy black for me. :)
Brass hardware on black boots = even better!
I also prefer a full-around belt, but...
Crosszips in general are a different kind of animal of a jacket. The "King of Crosszips" @ton312 may have some deeper thoughts on what makes for the perfect fit. I will claim no crown myself, but thinking back since college, I have likely owned ~ 20 different crosszip style motorcycle jackets...
