You might have some good luck from an old=school western-boot shop as they often have nice items such as what you are seeking. Or dip your toe into ebay and buy something like this to fetch all you can handle in one shot...
Looks great! Nicley pre-loved and it's ready for many more years of service to you there!
Give it a coat of Pecards or something similar and you'll be good to go!
Wow. Thanks for the insight there Rich! I'll sure take this into consieration as I set up an order with Carrie.
So overall, I think next week I'll move this along. It has "technically" had a person speak out for it already, but I'll touch base with him first. However I have a friend who...
So I just re-measured it here, the
Back length is 24.5" (from below collar)
Pit to Pit is 23.5"
Waist - 20"
Torso - 20.5" (just down zipper below collar)
Sleeve: 26"
So this one showed up today at my house. Yes, it's been MIA for a while, then it got listed in our classifieds so I took the chance.
I just want to say first off, this one "breaks my heart" as it is so literally perfect, in nearly every way imaginable, other than the fit. I got it zipped...
Really sharp boots, GLWS. I suspect that these have something like a "celastic toe" that is an option with Nick's & White's boots as well.

My thoughts exactly!
I hope we are not scaring you away here...this is far to nice a jacket to take a risk with. You'll easily loose 3/4" + as it creases up in the arms.
This is a heck of a first post!! Welcome to FL here and thanks for sharing so much both knowledge as well as the excellent photos as you did of you wonderful collection.
Indeed we all are learning a lot here.
^^ So that Taubers actually got a couple of threads after it was washed. The liner wound up being replaced by Dena (can't recommend her enough) and that really transformed the jacket:
the Sale of the jacket...
Sure thing. Welcome to FL by the way! It's a very nice jacket. I would agree an inch or so off would be better, but personally I would vastly rather have my sleeves slightly longer than shorter. Reach out to Dena - she will do great work for you on this one.

She is on here too and does excellent work.
Really want to lop off 2"? Do you have any fit photos with the jacket on?
This thread may give some perspecitve. It was after this was started that I machine-washed, for the first time, a leather jacket:
