That's a really good comparison mate. Whilst the Langlutz is very much purpose built for riding, it's very useful to note things like hide weight, craftsmanship, zippers etc. lots of little nuances that make them quite different jackets albeit based on a similar design. Great work, and again...
Both boots are beautifully crafted. I myself prefer a heavier, solid boot rather than anything too slender and fine. The photos that I initially attracted me to them were the old bashed up double midsole Chippewas and the like.

Great stuff mate! I like the quilted padding, but I think that understated patch looks very classical and for want of a better word " pure". Good work deleting the chest zip, I think that you have your hands on a no nonsense straight up classic. I agonised over deleting the chest pocket on mine...

What do you mean by rough start? I know what you mean re variation of boot. The mOre I see, the more I learn how different they can be. That leather looks a little dry, is it? I really love The Role Club boots. I would love to see a pair of the Olive ones..
I really like some of the Pegasus stuff. I just don't have the build to wear them properly, but that really suits you, and I have heard many good things from many happy customers of Pegasus... Wear it in good health mate.

The japanese fit is a tight squeeze unless you are quite slender. I've come across some gorgeous jackets and the size XL is about a 42...Schott does some beautiful stuff for the Japanese market. And I've never understood why they don't do it for the U.S. market. Very frustrating...
