    I have a pure beaver fedora that has a bad spot in it. I contacted Optimo &they told me that there is nothing that can be done since the felt is on the stiffer side. I have tried ironing the felt with a clean dish towel in between but the spot isn't coming out. I'm open to any suggestions...
