Actually, that's very true. I've used online dating sites off and on, and your observation are right on track. When I see my optimism slipping, I know its time to back off the dating for a while and let the dust settle.
I think that's a good point, metropd. I've never felt like Albuquerque really has that. I haven't had any success finding any dates, let alone friends, who are really into vintage things.
And overall, I think most anything gets better with education.

Wyrd, this is a medical condition that a lot of folks report when first joining the Lounge. There is no known cure yet; but there is hope.
Be forewarned though, The Lounge is not the best support group for BREAKING this addiction...:eusa_doh:
I do know the AMT3000 is available pre-built. It costs a bit more, but its an option.
I actually built mine, and the best advice I can give is to take your time, and make sure your solder and soldering tip are thin enough. A lot of the contacts on the circuit board are very close together...
