Impossible to say by those pictures, not enough available information to judge distinguishing characteristics (such as crown height and ribbon height). Whatever it is, it's well worn. He popped up once or twice in the Christy's instagram, so it's possible that it's one of theirs. -

Would an Akubra Campdraft work in big city business?
I'm gonna be real nitpicky about this and say: yes, but not Akubra's silverbelly. Their particular dye formulation for the color is more yellow/tan hued than Stetson. Vintage Resistols actually have my favorite "Silverbelly" coloration which has a very slight grey undertone. -

I'm not really sure how effective trying to lower a blocked in crease would be to begin with. I further concur that you already have a relatively short crown and shouldn't fuss too much over it. IMHO changing the ribbon color would not make it look shorter -
