Really cool coat, and i really like that song you posted on your facebook.
Really sweet bass tone, great playing (especially the last two minutes when you open up), and your drummer really has a great feel.
It reminded me of Sabbath in all the good ways.
That's super cool! And they really nailed the fit.
I really like the mottling on the back yoke panel, would love to see some pics of the jacket itself once the leather is broken in a bit and has seen water.
What do they mean by "inside of sleeves is leather lined at wrists"?
Are the sleeves leather lined all the way up to the stitch line that runs 10cm above the wrist?
@mendelboaz can you post a pic of the inside of the sleeve at the wrist level please, curious as to what they mean.
Thread was posted twice with two different dates...
Glitch in the matrix maybe?

Looks like they just removed the collar from the other similar model they do:
I wonder if it's also an old design, or did they jsut decide to do a modern "cafe racer" version of that old design.
Either way, i like it!
Edit: saying that, i think the seams on the back panel are a bit rough, i...
Mabye "busted seams" was a bit much, it looks like there is one really busted seam on the left arm (first pic below), but there are a lot of areas showing 2 or 3 broken stitches.
Admitedly i don't have much experience with vintage jackets, but that kind of thing would scare me.
I read a few...
First thing i thought about when i saw the pics, "Maybe DD was right all along, he was emulating proper Buco craftsmanship?" I didn't comment because i didn't want to start dissing Mendel's new jacket, but i have to say attention to detail on most Bucos is pretty poor...
At the last count i have 60 leather jackets, I have a few more on order.
I don't think i have a real plan, i just like leather jackets.
I try to wear them as much as possible, be it on the bike, going out or in the house, i wear at least two different jackets every day. If it ever rains when i...
That's a really nice jacket, and a perfect fit!
I am seeing a lot of busted seams on this jacke though, i really hope it isn't a sign the thread is weak and it doesn't get worst if you really wear it a lot.
Whatever you do make sure you experiemnt on a discrete area before trying to dye leather.
I recently bought a Vanson that had been in a motorcycle crash, the elbow had roadrash, all the black was gone.
I took some black anyline dye, dabbed it on the mark, everything went 100% great.
The leather...
IMO they are the twins of Aero and suffer from the same limitations.
Patterns are IMO not the greatest as far as comfort and range of motion goes.
Construction is Aero good, leathers are good.
I ordered from them when they where still called Alexander and the jacket i got was pretty much an...
Very nice.
IMO the only jacket that is more comfortable than a Vanson on a bike is a Langlitz.
If a Vanson C2 is a 10/10 in comfort, a Langlitz Columbia goes to 11...
