    Help Identify This Jacket

The Schott multi panel is very similar - and they used Talon zips. Some years ago I asked Gail at Schott if she knew why the styles were so alike - she didn't know but did say that Schott Europe had re-released the style in the 90's for a short period and they sometimes come up on eBay.

    Help Identify This Jacket

Schott and Lesco made similar jackets to this one but I've never seen one with such a patterned buckle.

    Cooper A2 46R wanted

I've just had a quick look on eBay and noticed significant variation on the pit to pit measurements of a couple of 46" Cooper A2s - 4" in fact. I'm sure this can't be down to the lack of measuring skills of the sellers. It's either a manufacturing error or more likely a consequence of 'vanity...

    Bargain (mall) A1 style jacket

I saw this on eBay at £25 B.I.N and couldn't resist -the pics showed a mid toffee colour and so I thought I might use it as a pattern for my first attempt at jacket making, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as its a much nicer seal brown - Ok it's a mall fashion jacket by 'Religion'...

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

Really pleased with it at £265 -best offer on eBay last week - described as a Schott Elvis biker jacket. Clear case of 'cosmic ordering' as I'd decided I needed a horsehide d pocket only a few days before and this was on eBay UK so no nasty import taxes or Parcelforce 'handling fees'.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

This afternoon was 7.5 degrees C and no rain, so I was able to wear my latest buy, a 611h Schott 'D pocket' from 1994/5 - brass hardware and beautifully softened horsehide. I've always wanted a d pocket biker jacket and now this is one of my favourite jackets

FS: AERO King Of The Road sz42

That chest measurement seems a bit small for a 42". It should be in the low 20's? Beautiful looking jacket - sad that I'm a 44" chest (and I've just bought a Schott D pocket).

    Hookless Zipper help please!

I prepared this before your - nearly solved it post sorry - I'll be interested to know if it's what Denny suggested. If nothing else works you might try carefully removing the stoppers at the top of the sides of the zip and pulling the puller up and off. Then gently tease the zip apart. The...
